The fault is the OP.
They need to learn that people are not psychic and that if you communicate with people you will get better results. Communication is a skill that employers expect former students to have.I'm not cynical I'm realistic

I do agree its the OP's fault, however, the timing of the loans can be horrendous!
Ive just recieved my book list which ideally I need next week, but my loan wont hit my bank account until the 17th.
Ah well! Such is life!0
