So i bought a non refundable TAP flight a couple of months ago and situations have changed and the festival i am going to has been cancelled.
I know that i can get taxes and stuff refunded but for some reason on the online form there is no option to do this for the UK?
Can anyone help? and i being dense? has anyone else come across this?

There's no option for the UK because it says refunds can only be processed for tickets issued by TAP in the Eurozone (why I have no idea!). Assuming you bought directly from the TAP UK website, I don't know whether they actually issue the tickets in Portugal or the UK.
I'd guess your confirmation email doesn't say, but if you go to classic.checkmytrip.com or virtuallythere.com (I don't know which booking system TAP uses but it should be one of those) it should tell you.
If it was ticketed in Portugal then fill out the Portuguese form (you can select Portugal and English), if it wasn't then it says you have to call them to get a refund. Or if you booked through a travel agent you must go via them (which will likely mean you get nothing back after they deduct their fee).0
