it's just finding the time each day that's a bit of a pain but it works
As Brook said - this really doesn't work.
But if you have 20 mins to spare to do this.......... Then why not simply spend 20 mins brushing your teeth including meticulous interdental cleaning with little brushes???
OK - it's not sexy, trendy or full of wooo-wooo mysticism - but it will really work and give you a good healthy mouth!!How to find a dentist.
1. Get recommendations from friends/family/neighbours/etc.
2. Once you have a short-list, VISIT the practices - dont just phone. Go on the pretext of getting a Practice Leaflet.
3. Assess the helpfulness of the staff and the level of the facilities.
4. Only book initial appointment when you find a place you are happy with.0 -

The EU brought in these bans because there is good evidence to say using hydrogen peroxide to whiten teeth has risks and dentists need to assess oral health each and every time it is used to whiten teeth.
The problem is those who are "bleachorexics" , smokers and drinkers are just the sort of peopl who will use these products most inappropriately and put themselves most at risk.
Here is the scientific judgement which led to the ban on selling products such as the above direct to consumers. http://ec.europa.eu/health/archive/ph_risk/committees/04_sccp/docs/sccp_cons_01_en.pdf
Unfortunately the problem of on line sellers selling illegal and dangerous products is not new http://www.theguardian.com/money/2010/aug/20/illegal-tooth-whitening-online
Do not buy these illegal products if you value your health, you really have no guarantee what is in them and it is not safe.

Ultradex rinse is okay. I wouldn't use bicarbonate as v abrasive. My teeth are nice.0

it is what I have used since I stopped smoking, I use the Arm & Hammer WOW toothpaste.
I checked with my dentist and he said that it was OK to use and constant use would reduce the yellowing and it did, I actually like the taste so I've carried on using it
Random point, but my 7 year old uses this toothpaste as she finds normal toothpaste too minty. Guess she'll have lovely white teeth!Pink Sproglettes born 2008 and 2010

If you examine your links you will see they are also breaking the law by not including any contact details. Indeed most of these websites , even if they have .co.uk suffixes are based in places like Bulgaria. Two of the links you posted have ip addresses in the US so are not subject to UK law.
However trading standards are doing their best by prosecuting where possible , indeed some have had prison sentences imposed http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-2232745/Barrington-Armstrong-Thorpe-jailed-16-months-selling-illegal-tooth-whitening-gel-online-100-TIMES-safe-level-cleaning-chemicals.html
All of the links you posted are breaking the law and putting innocent people at risk.0 -
Oh I tried some of that a while back and it tasted so bad, I didn't persevere. Does it actually work? As I'd give it another go.
It does taste very strange, and my wife would comment on it (she didn't want to use it) after I had cleaned my teeth. But I noticed yesterday that the yellowing around the gums had definitely started to go away, and I'm not even through a single tube of the arm & hammer stuff yet.
ETA: Also, as to taste, as with any time you change flavour of toothpaste; its odd to start with, but you soon get used to it.Never argue with stupid people, they will drag you down to their level and then beat you with experience.- Mark TwainArguing with idiots is like playing chess with a pigeon: no matter how good you are at chess, its just going to knock over the pieces and strut around like its victorious.0 -

Contradictory information there, but feel free to report them if you believe that what they are doing is illegal.
They are the first three that come up when you google the name of the product, and they have 'Ad' by the side of the link, presumably meaning that someone somewhere gets a payment whenever someone clicks on the link.
The internet is not very police-able, as you have implied. This is a system account and does not represent a real person. To contact the Forum Team email forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com0 -
The owners of these sites are perfectly aware they are breaking the law which is why they move their websites abroad . It is still illegal but trading standards have no jurisdiction out of the U.K. To prosecute .
Here is one of the owners of this sort of website explaining what he is doing to circumvent the law. http://www.justanswer.com/uk-law/3xqzj-uk-website-www-crestwhitestrips-co-uk-technically.html
It is dangerous to buy illegal teeth whitening gels off the Internet from people who are knowingly breaking the law. Anyone using one of these companies is putting their oral and general health in the hands of criminals.0 -
If a vendor is targetting UK customers from overseas, it's because they know the goods are illegal to sell onshore. Even the manufacturer of the genuine products can't sell them onshore, not even to qualified dental practitioners in some cases. Are they the people you trust to provide legit, non-burning, non-toxic, non-carcinogenic medicines, or are they more likely to be selling Chinese knock-offs to increase profit? Remember in China they even make and sell fake eggs to rip off domestic consumers, so selling fake high-margin vanity products to foreigners is not really a massive leap.0
