Oh I tried some of that a while back and it tasted so bad, I didn't persevere. Does it actually work? As I'd give it another go.
I used it for years, but it didn't make much difference for me. I've recently switched to the Oral B 3D White range, and it has worked wonders over the past month or so.0 -
I dip a damp toothbrush in a spot of bicarb and top it with whitening toothpaste.
It has certainly improved things for me! I do this every day, and no worries dental wise so far after two years!
I have discolouring from years of tea and coffee yikes!, but it happens....0 -
I've heard good things about Oil Pulling with coconut oil, though I've never tried it myself it avoids all the chemicals etc. in whitening products.0

I have had my teeth whitened a few times. First time was using a kit supplied by my dentist (dental trays & bleach gel) it took 3 months, cost £350 and made my teeth agonisingly sensitive.
The other times I've used a company based in Warrington, they spread bleaching gel over your front teeth then you sit for about half an hour with a sort of 'laser' blue light shining directly onto your teeth.
Much Much better results, not as much sensitivity and only cost £50. I went with my daughter and we were both done at the same time.
Apparently this company is really popular with soap stars, footballers & WAGs. I would definitely use them again.0 -
I could be biased but brilliant pearly whites always look so false to me. And when combined with a tan they are ridiculous looking. IMO of course.
Non whitened whites without the stains are so much more natural.
But each to their own of course.0 -
I've recently started using Listerine whitening mouhwash and it is definitely making a difference. I drink a lot of tea and I do enjoy a glass or two of red wine which really adds to the stains.
Yes the mouthwash does come with the usual Listerene burn, but I've go used to this and it wears off very quickly.
I was pleasantly surprised with the results as I had thought the whole DIY whitening toothpaste/mouthwash products was a marketing fad."We act as though comfort and luxury are the chief requirements of life, when all that we need to make us happy is something to be enthusiastic about” – Albert Einstein0 -
I've been using this one http://www.boots.com/en/White-Glo-Coffee-Tea-Drinkers-Formula-Whitening-Toothpaste-100ml_1455182/ as I drink quite abit of tea and coffee.
The other week my Mam asked me what I was using as she thought my teeth were looking whiter, so it must be working!0 -
Why is this in the 'Relationships' board? You'd get a better response on the 'Health' board.:hello:0

This company and employees are breaking the law it is illegal to whiten teeth unless you are a dentist or hygienist/dental therapist working to a dentists prescription. http://safetoothwhitening.org0 -

Oil pulling with coconut oil has no evidence to show it whitens teeth. Indeed the advertising standards agency have repeatedly taken action against companies that claim it does
