Nationwide CS is notoriously known to give people the wrong advise. Previously, I was told that you can not transfer in from previous tax year to flexclusive which turn to be the wrong advise.

Try to call another adviser next time and you might get a different answer, Otherwise challenge them by referring into their own documentation and write down the name of the person who advise you on the phone with the wrong advise and later ask them for compensation for the time you loose to sort out the wrong advise that you have been given.

In my previous wrong advise case I forgot to wrote down the name of the person who provided me with wrong advise. Should I have it, I will definitely demand for compensation for missing opportunity of a higher rate as well as my time.
