Thanks for starting us off WeAreGhosts. I'm in of course.

    My lists for May:

    5. [STRIKE]Clinique Lip Gloss in Kissy Fit[/STRIKE]
    6. Max Factor Cream Blush in Soft Pink
    7. Soap & Glory It's about prime

    My PP list for April:

    1. Vaseline Hand Cream
    2. [STRIKE]Body Shop Vanilla Brulee Bath Jelly[/STRIKE]
    3. Treacle Moon Cinnamon Nights Shower Gel 500ml
    4. Body Shop Ginger Sparkle Shower Gel 250ml
    5. Lancome Hydrating Toner - mini
    6. Ole Henriksen Youth Activating Oil 15ml
    7. Liz Earle Cleanse & Polish - full size
    8. Clinique Take The Day Off - mini
    9. Elemis Frangipani Oil - full size
    10. Crabtree & Evelyn Goatmilk Body Lotion 250ml

I have a uu from my 7 by Summer list

Clinique Long Lasting Glosswear Lipgloss in Kissy Fit - this was a GWP size but still lasted ages. It is pretty much a liquid lipstick, it really grips onto the lips and stays there, the colour is fab and it doesn't feel sticky or drying. WBA if I am ever grown up enough to make a well thought out lipgloss purchase.

A UU. The gorgeous Murad moisturiser I was sent to review around last August.
WIB? If £60 wasn't more than my week's grocery expenditure, perhaps. It is so lovely, and so expensive.
I discovered that L'Oreal's Magic Blur cream has the same texture, which is the thing I liked best, alongside the SPF.

I've just had a new Olay sent to review, also with an SPF of 30, so that has replaced it for summer, if we get one. At the moment it appears to be raining at the back of the house but not the front.
    Figures.

I've just had an NBI of a whole load of Nioxin stuff, for thinning hair, just the job for me. I really liked the cleanser (their word for shampoo).

Another recent NBI was some Schwarzkopf wash out hair dye, quite liked this.

Am@zon have just started selling an American range of make up called 'wet n wild' . This is a good quality budget range, I like what I have seen so far, although most of it would be more suited to my grand-daughter and daughter than me. I got an eyeshadow.

TA. The remnants of a Wilko Rhubarb & Vanilla body butter. I'd been using this as foot cream for a while, and left the lid off accidentally in the storage drawer. There wasn't much left but what was left had gone bitty and plasticky. I conditioned my leather shoes with it and threw out the small amount that remained.
WIBA? Probably not that fragrance, I used it for quite a while so got very used to it.

    A few IN to report...

Lush Catastrophe cosmetic face mask 75g (free from returning 5 pots)
Lush Fresh Farmacy 100g - I'm getting to the end of my tether with cleansers, as nothing seems to be working ATM!
    Lush Sakura bath bomb 200g

Collection pressed powder Ivory 17g - HG hit pan on current one. Can't see it on the Boots website so I really hope they haven't discontinued it.
Barry M Flawless Colour Correction Primer 30ml green.
    Barry M Lip Liner

The Body Shop Oils of Life sample from Marie Claire voucher

And a TA - Avon Naturals Cherry Blossom hair conditioning mask - this really dried my hair out so I mixed it up with some handwash, but it all separated... The shampoo wasn't much better so am keeping that for washing brushes...

I bought the sleek bare kissed illuminator in Monaco- when I got a sample of it a while a go, it was all sold out. I hope that it will be a bit more sheer look with the bb cream for the summer. I see a lot of people with foundation so thick it is plastered on (very Instagram make up style which is too heavy in reality).
I am using up the lancome travel size cleansers, toners and eye make up remover. I find the cleanser very watery- as I love a really creamy cleanser that acts like a balm. So not loving the cleanser but have to use it up to declutter.
Bought the new so-eco double ended brushes. They are decent sizes and good value as the double heads make it great value.
  • I have a surprising amount of activity considering it's only two days into May!
INs first. I went shopping every day of the three day weekend. Some of it counted as April so on previous thread but, all things considered, I was restrained I think.
    1. Lush Dark Angels cleanser. I went in to look at Ocean Salt as I have no facial scrubs at the moment but decided the salt might be drying so went for this instead. Used it today and I think I quite like it although it does make it look like I'm trying to tarmac the sink.
    2. Primark Cedarwood and Myrrh candle. Just a £1 little one.
    3. Primark Sea Salt and Lavender candle.
    4. Primark Wild Orchid candle. Again, a little £1-er.

When I was putting these away in the candle drawer I found a lime-scented candle. I'm really not keen on fruity scents and not entirely sure why I bought this so it's now a GA.

    Also some UUs
    1. Nuxe Reve de Miel Ultra-Nourishing Lip balm. WDBA. Already replaced just before it ran out. This stuff is magic and I'm so pleased i'm onto a brand new pot. I took a long time to UU the last one and it had started to lose its scent and go a little bit grainy. It still worked fine though.
    2. Primark White Amber candle. WBA. Nice scent, burnt well, very good for £3.
    3. White Company Day EDT sample. Think this came in a YBD box. It's quite nice but can't see it's worth the price tag.

Back to the grindstone tomorrow. I'm hoping my Lush delivery will be waiting when I get home from work. Hope everyone had a lovely weekend :)

I've just started using the Fresh Farmacy too. Bit strange getting used to using a bar as I normally use cream cleansers. I've broken a little chunk off to use at a time so it's more manageable. It's very mild and soothing though.
Love Sakura! It's lovely. I don't have one at the moment but once I've UU a few more bombs it will be making a return to my bathroom!
  • Not that I know of. It was started by an American lady on YouTube, then lots of vloggers joined in. I'm one who uses my blog instead. I thought it was relevant to this thread as many members here seem interested in using up make up (including my humble self).

I'll post more info if enough people seem interested, but it does mean more lists, which not everyone finds that interesting I expect.
I keep a full-on spreadsheet of my stash and I don't think I'm the only one so there are probably a few of us who love a list! :p

    A UU to report:

Neals yard remedies rehydrating rose moisture lotion 45ml- WNBA but would give it a go again if free with mag again, which this was originally. This was half used and dug out of a drawer. UU on my feet as it smelled of cat pee! I remember this was the reason I stopped using it in the first place! Can't remember what it smelled like at first but think it went off quickly. So, wouldn't buy but would use if came with a mag again.

Another UU and from my PP list. This was admittedly a bit of a cheat as ,by the time I added it to the list, the tube was cut open however I had such a love/hate thing going on with it that I was tempted to chuck it. I'm talking about the Boots Florence Anne Grapefruit and Lime handcream. I kept commenting on how it left my skin feeling like it had a dusty cast to it however it also gave my skin a beautiful clarity. I got this in a set from a friend I used to work with. She had to retire due to ill health and I wonder whether this was a regift and maybe an older product. I don't mind regifting as I do I it all the time but wondered whether it was on the cusp. Last night though I opened another from the kit (Patchouli and Clove) which has not left that cast. Smells like Christmas and is gorgeous. I will put this on my PP list as a replacement.
Back for the No Buying Toiletries challenge. I pledge to only buy when I run out of a product that is not already in my stash no matter what wonderful emails land in in my Inbox or threads I read on MSE re: glitches!
