Learner driver insurance

Hi was wondering if someone could help me out with the best way to get learner insurance (short term - only a dry preferable).

My partner is 23 and has had her pink since being 17 but short term learner companies standard policy is 25+

Are there any that could offer a policy? Or does anyone know if you can add a learner to your insurance temporarily?

    your insurance company should be able to confirm if this is possible if you ask them

    If not try Marmalade or Aviva who do short term learner insurance.
