Picking Fibre + BT Sport for new house
Options

Moving house today and looking to order fibre optic, we're in a 76mb area and i've always been with BT whilst living at home and had very few problems with them, i'd also like BT Sport and it seems like getting it in combination with BT Infinity is cheaper than any of the other providers + buying it separately, these are my main options.
Sky Fibre Pro
Monthly cost: £30 + £17.40 line rental = £47.40 + BT Sport HD (on Sky) £26.99 (after 3 month offer period of free HD) = £74.39 a month
One off costs: Not sure on Sky's one off costs as you need to ring them, so £15 for BT Sport activation.
Plusnet Fibre
Monthly cost: £5 (for 6 months) + £16.99 line rental = £21.99 + BT Sport HD (on Sky) £26.99 (after 3 month offer period of free HD) = £48.98 (after 6 months of 18 month contract the total amount payable will be £63.97 (with BT Sport)
One off costs = £71.98 (installation, router postage & BT Sport activation)
BT Infinity 2
Monthly Cost: £25 + £17.99 line rental = £42.99 + BT Sport HD (on Sky) £11 (after 3 month offer period of free HD) = £53.99 (12 month contract)
One off costs = £7.95 (Home hub delivery)
These are the main 3 i've looked at, wouldn't go with TalkTalk and i think EE are similar in that the monthly cost is cheaper but with BT Sport it works out more expensive. Obviously the Plusnet deal is a good one, but it's only good for 6 months of an 18 month contract and the one off costs are big.
Hopefully i've worked everything out correctly but is this a no brainer? BT seem to clearly offer the best price for the package i want and they are my preferred provider, is there anything else i need to consider? also cashback doesn't appear to be available on Infinity.
I did just miss out on the £125 Master Card but the prices have come down instead (although they cheekily put BT Sport up to make some of it back)
Any suggestions would be grateful. Thanks.

Thanks for the info.
So it'll be an extra £1 a month for line rental and an extra £1 for BT Sport, it mentions nothing of an increase in BT Infinity 2. So with that extra £2 a month in mind the BT option is still the cheapest (even if BT Infinity went up a couple of quid) so i refer to my previous question.0 -
I have BT Sport free with the basic BT TV package £0 per month via YouView but its SD not HD .

What results do you get for your address on www.dslchecker.bt.com/
You might find that you're line can only support Infinity 1 speeds, in which case it would make it quite a bit cheaper.
Infinity 1 is now up to 52mbps, so unless you're a super busy house with multiple very bandwidth heavy applications running simultaneously, Infinity 1 will probably be more than enough.0 -

Not when upgrading to from ADSL to Infinity, or if you are moving and continuing an existing BT contract.Customers moving home and continuing an existing BT contract will not be eligible for cashback.
Customers ordering BT Infinity who already have BT broadband (copper) are not regarded as new customers.0 -

Thanks.
Using your link i had to switch to the address checker as i don't know the phone number, my results are.
FFTC Range A (Clean) Downstream - 73.6 (High) and 55.9 (Low)
FFTC Range B (Impacted) Downstream - 55.7 (High) and 30 (Low)
So just like the checker says i'll get between 56mb & 74mb, minimum 46mb.
I guess it's impossible to know what specific speeds i get until i get into the house, but there's certainly a chance i could only get Infinity 1 speeds, my aim long term would be to have most devices into the house wired, not wireless.
I play and download a lot of PC games, as well as stream football/Netflix etc i also want to try my hand at streaming to Twitch in the future, so i will always aim to get the fastest possible speed.0 -
Personally, I'd go for Infinity 1 and see if that suits your needs. If you find you're running out of bandwidth, it's easier to upgrade to Infinity 2 than it is to downgrade to Infinity 1.
When you do get connected, if you go for Infinity 1, you'll be able to see what the "max attainable" speed is for your line as reported by the home hub, this would give a good idea as to whether or not it would be worth upgrading to Infinity 2.0
