One of those tenants is moaning about having mold on her windows. Mold is often a fact of life in properties and can easily be wiped off. Surely she doesn't expect her landlord to do her cleaning? I had tenants like that once, they ran the tumble dryer all day and refused to open windows to let the condensation out so it was like a steam bath in there. Apparently that was my fault

Their was something similar for rent around here, South London, a while back. Looked like a garage with a window. Although I must say it looked very pleasant just small.
