There are no cash back deals for this company but the best thing is that you are NOT in a 12 month agreement so are free to leave whenever you want penalty free.
The only problem is there is possibly a small charge for migrating across to them (depending on who you are moving from) but it's worth paying over being in a contract in my opinion.
They use Talk Talk's Business Network which is NOT the same as their home network and as such has much better support levels and lower contention ratio.
I have been with them for a while now and cannot fault them and as far as I can see there prices are static which is a very welcome bonus nowadays.

I'm so close to pulling trigger on joining Pulse8. Conversations I've had with there email team have been very fast.
Only thing for me is the initial outlay. I would be joining from Infinity 1 but still have to pay £75 fee plus will need to buy my own modem/router.
Confirmed with them today that you can switch between 38Mbps and 80Mbps services when ever you want without penalty just in case you want to try faster or slower speeds.
Just to add, the prices are quite good once initial costs are out of the way.
£38 pm for 38/10 FTTC
£44 pm for 76/20 FTTC
Both of those prices include line rental and calls are 1p a minute on peak and 0.8 off peak to landlines with no connection fee . I think they are per second billing too?0 -
Yup they do per second billing for calls and none of this rounded up nonsense.0
-
So for £38 that is line rental and BB.0

I'm not specially tech-savvy, can someone explain the difference between their XL Home and XL PLus packages?0

The XL Plus package is a lower contention ratio so for example on the XL home you maybe sharing your line with 5 other people whereas on the XL Plus package you will be sharing your line with 2 other people.
Which in principal means there is more of a chance with the Plus package that you will not suffer from slow down in the evenings due to others.0 -
I think I'll go with them when my minimum contract with Sky is over. The main selling point for me is the call rates.0
