you say:Where there is any change to any pre-existing terms and conditions that would not be immediately
apparent to a person
you then say: The previous PPC was Legion Group
legion finish , new company start , new company has new terms and conditions , completely unrelated to old company
new company has no old terms and conditions , so cannot "Where there is any change to any pre-existing terms and conditions that would not be immediately

I didn't say anything, That's copied and pasted from the IPC CoP
Although I do take your point.
But if the way the car park was 'managed' had changed (either terms or a new operator), then would it not be best practice in an attempt to 'drive up parking standards' to make abundantly clear to users that something is now different?0 -
It would appear now from a bit of digging that those people who appealed with the IAS template to UKCPS for PCN's received around the same time same site who initially received their template rejection now have PCN's that are 'not live' on UKCPS own system.
I know of another in the same situation who ignored who's PCN is still 'live'
Interesting............0 -

Hi bt1878.
This happened to us a couple of months ago with an Excel PCN.
The IAS website includes a facility to submit an "enquiry" and we used this to notify the IAS that their system was not recognising the PCN / VRN details. In doing so, we set down a record that we had at least attempted to register our intent to appeal.
After a period of "message tennis" between ourselves and the IAS, they finally fixed the problem.0 -
Hi EB
Thanks for the info.
I think the issue is more with the PPC. The NTK is not on their system.
It would seem that those NTKs that were appealed to UKCPS who rejected are not on their system
As opposed to those that were ignored that are on the system0
