I am looking to get some cash euros for my upcoming holiday.
Debenhams is offering the best rate near me according to this sites compare tool.
However it says "The rate you get is not the rate shown on the voucher - it's the online rate at the time you go to the bureau".
I'm a little confused by this. If I were to go this afternoon would I get the voucher rate of 1.2606 or the current online rate of 1.2432?

To follow up on this for everyones information, I went to Debenhams today and got the MSE voucher rate without any fuss.
Todays MSE voucher rate = 1.2656
Todays standard online rate = 1.24560
