Well done to all of you who have had any success with eBay lately. Every sale however little profit it makes is extra money and, more importantly sometimes, a bit more space free of clutter:j.

My clutter-free state is a distant dream as none of my 10 eBay listings ending tonight has a single bid:(. I didn't really expect any bidding wars:rotfl: so maybe the charity shops will be getting a couple of boxes full next week as I'm not going to bother relisting.

The car boot sale this morning was OK but there seemed less buyers than usual. There are usually a lot of families but they probably had more interesting things to do on such a beautiful sunny day. I made £93.25 after fees so am pretty pleased in the circumstances.

    Have a good week's moneymaking , everyone:beer:

    Evening all

Great to 'see' you're back Lex and hope you enjoyed your birthday bash ! Yeah - I get surveyed-out some weeks :(

Glad to hear you and your DS enjoyed the day out Aesop. They grow up so quickly but it's lovely to have such memories

Well done on the car-boot CBC - great result plus some sunshine eh :T

Good going on the money-making everyone.

I made just £2 on regular scans today - screened out loads of surveys again but they do seem to come in batches. Bit like buses so waiting to jump back in again soon.

Hope you all have a super Monday

I had a good week last week £125.99 eBay sales after fees. I also, managed to get QMEE and SearchLotto going. This week I'll join the lotteries mentioned at the beginning of the thread, and sort out my signature. I'm very pleased I found this thread as it's motivated me to get organised and get rid of some clutter. I've got a couple of other items for eBay too, but I'm just taking getting organised a little at a time.

Got some more sw@gs so claimed a £5 amazon voucher. Also did my first prolific academy survey, £1.50! Moving on up.

Just had to drop my total down by £10 - package was just over 2kg and I couldn't be bothered to go home, repackage everything into two parcels and lug them back to the post office so just paid the extra postage

No new money making to report. It's too nice outside to be in front of my computer all afternoon.

You can get really good kitchen scales for about a tenner which can solve that problem for you - Sorry to tell you After the event tho :o

Also for items above 2 kg Collect Plus is worth thinking about and Aesop swears by My Hermes I believe  Annoying though isn't it ?

More selling of household contents today netted me 160 so total of 1068 so far. I have someone coming by tomorrow to pick up a job lot of vases.
I also agreed a sale of our bicycle shelter and sent some more CDs and books off to this company who buys them. The CDs were actually in the bin bag ready to go out for the refuse collection, so I fished them out, listed them and I will have 'earned' 20. I'll count I t though when it hits the bank.

I also checked out quidco and resurrected my account for when I have to sign up for electricity and telecoms when we move. I'm finding the choice of suppliers a bout confusing to be honest so a bit more research is needed!
    Trying to keep in budget.

Used a 10% discount code today on some clothes so that saved me £2.90
But then I had a complaint on EBay to say the item I'd sent was the wrong size, complete oversight on my side which I was gutted about because that item could have went for a lot more, so I just refunded the whole amount back and told them to keep it. So minus £5.50
    =£70.24

Then I received a cheque for £500 for a competition I entered in Chat magazine. I knew I'd won but wasn't expecting it for at least 6 weeks.

So I'm going to increase my target to £25 a day to keep me motivated.

    So far £570.24/£725
