I can - domestic abuse/ hostile divorce spring to mind.

If the money is received for goods or services supplied, the purchaser will understandably want to know who to contact if there is a problem with the goods or services. If I was sending money to someone, I would want to know their name and address. If they refused to give it, I would not go through with the transaction.0
