    That's probably why they don't make sense to me tbh. I wouldn't invite people that I don't see often enough for them to know we were engaged to the wedding. I have family I don't see often because they don't live close, but we speak often enough for them to know we were engaged.

    I'd just have a small wedding, I wouldn't be inviting long lost cousins or relatives I never see just because they're relatives. I'd rather have my friends there instead.
