Is that not what I just said???

    No, it isn't.

It appears that nobody actually got that I was talking about the amount of money they charge for postage. I can send an encyclopedia through the post for less than what they wanted to send a tiny almost weightless sim!

It appears that you actually didn't get that it isn't a postage charge. It's a charge for the replacement sim, no mention of postage is made if you want to take a minute and read the link posted.
We'll send you another SIM card. £10.21 will be taken from your balance or added to your bill to cover our costs for this.

    Get it now?

I was twice given a new Orange SIM for free in the EE shop. One was lost, the other just a bit old and worn out. Maybe that's only for Orange...

There was (is?) a fair bit of discretion, if it's a replacement sim because the old one is faulty it's free, the 2 choices were just mm apart on the drop down menu ;).

Your replies are very predictable. I bet you could start a fight in a room by yourself!

I know, it's annoying when you don't get the understanding and sympathy for a post here like you would on mumsnet.

Fact is, you were wrong that it was a postage charge and unreasonable to expect it for free after you (or your daughter) lost the old one. Other customers shouldn't be subsidising your carelessness.
