Yes, from the POPLA verdict it looks like I had the same evidence pack. Just seems that with many other cases, POPLA took PP's evidence as gospel and totally ignore my rebuttal of it.

Yes but in his case he didn't get the whole evidence pack POPLA saw. Did you?

Pretty certain I did as everything in the Popla decision referenced something I'd seen. I guess there might have been something missing but even if there was it wasn't relevant.

My tenancy agreement references the parking space but no conditions are stated.

References it how? What exactly does it say?

    My tenancy agreement says....
Parking. If you rent a specific car parking space or garage as part of this tenancy, you must only park in that spaced not store, keep or park any boat, caravan or commercial vehicle on it or on any shared car park"

The last few days have seen some interesting conversations with Popla. Their staff all say something different and contradict each other and their decision making is at best, random. It's like banging your head against a wall and it's a struggle to believe they are independent.

So I think I'll be making an appeal to the management company to get the ticket rescinded as it was due to their false witness statement that led to Popla ruling against me.

No mention of the parking company or tickets or permit or anything in the tenancy.

They appear to have been working the car park for some time and definitely before I moved in. But I genuinely wasn't aware of the parking restrictions when I signed my tenancy agreement and even given the signs I never thought it applied to me as it was my space.

So I've received a couple of threats from Premier Park of court action if I don't pay up.

Main development is that I've just found out the witness statement that Premier Park submitted as part of their evidence to Popla was not provided by the property management company. It is written to give that impression and both myself and Popla believed it was from them. It uses terms "on behalf of", "I am authorised to make this statement on behalf of" and "for and on behalf of", but the management company don't know who the person is that has signed the document and they haven't given their permission or authorisation for it either.

What do I do? Complaint to BPA? Something else?

invite PP to take you to court , where the false statements will be introduced as evidence
