Debt is certainly linked to family - my debt was caused through divorce and then I spent the whole of my child's life paying it back.

My feelings about debt - fury, rage, distress and misery.

But then it wasn't me that owed money nor me that covered up the stupidity with years of constant deceit and lies.

I understand now why debt breaks up marriages and families.

Annoyed, frustrated & more determined than ever to slide tiny amounts over to an "unmarked" account. (Which is then gutted at Christmas & birthdays but can't be 'just dipped into'.)

I got a right earbashing for not having life insurance - my logic was we plain couldn't afford the premium.
