Thanks pogo fish I will try not to freak out and will try to contact my landlord first and see what he will say.
And if my full mortgage will come out this week I will just ignore they're letters as I am worried to death as our exchange of contact is not until July 1. X0 -
Hi Ralph
What I meant is debt collector not mortgage. And as I said I had a bad experience with them as having default and ccj in my credit file stops me securing a mortgage in the past. So I'm really scared to death when I receive this letter this morning x0 -

Worried to death? You think that between now and the end of June, that this parking charge will:
- suddenly move on to a 'letter before claim' AND
- move on to court papers AND
- move beyond the 28 days you would then have to defend court papers AND
- proceed at a rate of knots through the Directions stage and allocation to a local court to you AND
- proceed at a highly unusual speed to get allocated a hearing date AND
- for you to then defend and appear at that hearing (Judge Rinder type thing) AND
- for you to lose at the hearing AND
- for you to then refuse to pay within 28 days of judgment.
????
Not going to happen within 10 weeks is it?! That entire court papers > hearing process takes a lot longer and you aren't at that stage nor can debt collectors take a matter to court.
All of the above including you refusing to pay in the end after a final 28 days after you lose in court is required to get a CCJ from a parking firm, or if you ignored court papers completely. Not going to happen at all!
This is P4Parking merely posturing at you! Get a grip. We've all ignored debt collector letters from parking firms (well I know I have!):
