Hi pogofish
Thanks for your reply. But I'm honestly stock as to whom should I approach next as P4Parking don't want to know and keep passing me to TNC parking service's who just interested of paying them and do not want to hear my side.
Read the sticky! This is quite normal behaviour from the jokers that infest this industry.
Personally, as a tenant I would be putting a bomb under my landlord/managing agent for letting these parasites loose on you and demanding they get it cancelled on your behalf.
It would also be worth checking your deeds to see if the space is included - If it is, your right of quiet enjoyment persists there too and again, your landlord/agent is required to see it is respected and you have redress if they don't0 -
So shall I just pay this
NO.or can I continue to appeal?
YES. If this is the first letter - please read the NEWBIES thread and the other TNC threads from the past 24 hours.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Thank you pogofish, yes I think I will chase up my landlord tomorrow. But I might need to pay them first and then complain later as I am actually in the middle of mortgage process I'm on valuation stage and I do not want this to affect my mortgage.
But thank you so much for your input and will surely call my landlord tomorrow x0 -

NONONONONONO.
This does NOT affect your credit rating! No CCJ, no black mark on credit. Eeekkk!!
OMG at least Google it to make an informed decision and don't assume a random firm saying you owe them money affects a mortage application. God almighty it's people like you taken for mugs, thinking you have to pay, which is why these debt collector idiots exist.
Sorry if that's harsh but you appear to have taken NOTHING on board about this scam yet. It is just a 'charge' being chased by an idiot bunch of pen-pushers.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

OMG  Where on earth did you get that rubbish from?
What other old wives tales have you been taken in by and needlessly thrown your cash away? Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

Hi coupon mad I had a bad experience with mortgage collector in the past and this put a great deal on my credit rating and stop me from securing a mortgage. So this kind of issue really freak me out. I just don't want to jeopardise my mortgage I'm nearly on exchange of contract x0
