Hi, I'm having trouble claiming a couple of things from BT broadband from an offer that was running on 5th april. It's £50 prepaid MasterCard and £30 cash back. They claim there was no such offer. If any kind person happens to have proof of the offer maybe from the weekly email id be very grateful if you could post it. Thanks very much!

Try this link if you've got a BT ID set up: https://www.vouchers.bt.com/claim-my-reward/
If you have any outstanding rewards to be claimed it will tell you.0 -
Thanks for your reply Spookieuk. My initial order was cancelled and re-placed by BT at their end due to a problem changing over the phone line. When I log in to mybt the reward isn't there to claim so I'm just trying to find some proof that the offer was running when I placed my order. Thanks0

I ordered BT infinity at around this time. I cant remember there being any offers including cash back, from what I remember they were all just the prepaid master cards without the cash back.0

The cash back was available through broadband choices link posted on mse. Thanks ☺😄0

BT tried this with me , cocked up my online order (via uswitch) but were quick enough to get me to re sign up via the phone
if done on the phone there are no vouchers of mastercards , I declined there offer and went to virgin for a simple phone and 50 meg (speed) unlimited for £22 a month.
BT then posted a modem out , I contacted them to get a pre pay label for return , they then invoiced me £6.90 (from my account , the following day the money came back to me , now they are sending debt collectors letters for £6.90
