Yes couldnt agree more, rubbish product, will never buy from them again thats for sure. You get what you pay for from safestyle and thats a poor product end of.

Why have you totally ignored the request for more information on these regs?
You have also mentioned Fensa regs.
Can you please supply more information on these as well?
Do Fensa even have regulations specifying this sort of thing?
