Gas Boilers for charities

Does anyone know where I could buy a cheapish gas boiler for our charity - is there a company who would give charities a better rate??? We are based in Scotland!

If you are a registered charity then do you not qualify for VAT relief on such items? If so, that's already a 20% saving.

The only way I know that Charites get VAT at zero % is when the work is on Listed Buildings and have LBC consent.
