So you were on your phone instead of monitoring a severely disabled vulnerable resident in a potentially dangerous situation? No wonder you're suspended.
You claim lack of support, but surely common sense would tell you that this is not an ok thing to do?
Did you not have an induction where you were made aware of risk assessments and the consequences of not following them? All shall be well, and all shall be well, and all manner of things shall be well.
Pedant alert - it's could have, not could of.0 -
I think a career move away from the care sector would be your most appropriate next step.0

im not suspended for the phone incident, thats an assumption on your part. and I also didnt claim that lack of support was the reason for all of my mistakes. anything useful to say?0 -
So you've been suspended for something else, other than the complaints you've already mentioned?
And are you still going to be looking for jobs in the care sector? Perhaps giving a bit more thought as to why this has gone pear-shaped and consider what you can learn from it rather than how you can spin the CV.All shall be well, and all shall be well, and all manner of things shall be well.

thats correct. and yes alot of lessons to be learned here. but i cant put any of my learned lessons into practice until im given another chance0 -
I don't think you will get anyone advising you to lie on your CV
This sounds like a first job and someone very young, in which case honesty and clarity on what you have learned should help.
If it isn't your first or you're older, then have to agree with others, a change of direction may be an easier sell.0 -

Sometimes the lesson is just that the work is not for you.
Not using shower gel to clean a client and not paying due attention to another vulnerable client whilst they showered - those are really fundamental and basic common sense things that you did.
That's not about a lack of training or learning a lesson when caught - that's about not caring enough in the first place to do the simple things properly.:hello:0 -

1 complaint was due to alleged aggressive language towards a support worker which was not upheld
1 complaint was for not having a visual on a resident in the shower and using my phone.
Why/ how did you make these mistakes, are you sure working in the care sector is for you ?StreetPastor91 wrote: »No I wont be reported to the CQC
yes i am qualified to be in the post.
How do you know that?0 -
So that's at least four complaints against you in six months? You are in the wrong line of work.0

If you really are a street pastor and are really asking how to tell less than the full truth on a CV I'm disappointed.loose does not rhyme with choose but lose does and is the word you meant to write.0
