Talktalk love2shop voucher

I changed my broadband supplier to talktalk through a link on mse in February and it quoted a £60 love2shop voucher. Well I haven't received it so I contacted talktalk via on-line chat and they said I wasn't going to get it because I went via mse. is this correct.

    Did you have an active phone and broadband service with another provider when you signed up with TalkTalk or were you ordering a new line?

    Couple of weeks ago I phoned TalkTalk Sales on 0800 049 7802 to enquire about BB packages.
    Few days later I found the £120 Love2Shop Voucher offer at MSE, followed the link and ordered the package. That was over a week ago.
    I had many calls from the sales team since I first phoned them.
    Last call I got was couple of hours ago. Sounded like the same woman who phoned before.
    She was very agressive and deceitful as usual. When I mentioned the Love2Shop Voucher, she said that I am not likely to get them. Apparently they get many calls from people who don't get them and there is nothing they can do about it!
    She also told me that if I order online, I will be given a new line, I will have to pay for it and I will loose my old number.
    She keep offering me an 18 month deal; BB will be free after 12 months!
    She had used the same sales pitch every time she phone.
    TalkTalk Tele Sales people are scaremongering tacticts.
    Not the sort of conduct one would expect from an established company like TalkTalk :mad:
    TalkTalk telesales is competing with its own online sales and using unethical practices.
    Could the 'TalkTalk Company Representative' get someone senior to investigate?

    I was expecting to receive the £120 Love2shop vouchers 28 days after the service went live. But was pleasantly surprised to receive them after just 5 days.
    I was having intermittent connection issues for about 6 weeks with EE, my previous ISP.
    Their tech support team did their best and even sent an engineer around, but the issues remained.
    Now with TalkTalk, I have a trouble free connection and the best speed one could expect at my location. :)

    P.S. Strangely enough, even after I was connected, I got more phone calls from TalkTalk tele-sales team :huh:
