BT Deal coming to an end (£6/month incl line rental) looking for alternative

My current 12 month contract with BT Fibre and landline is coming to an end at the beginning of June, so I am now looking for an alternative.
The previous deal I got worked out at the equivalent of £6/month including line rental, etc.
The best deal I can find at the moment is Sky (ADSL) at £0.00 for the ADSL, and £17.40 for line rental/month (+ £6.95 router delivery charge). There is a £100 shopping voucher and £68.25 with TopCashBack, so the total cost over 12 months is £47.50 (ie £3.96 per month).
It is only ADSL though and not Fibre, but I think this is going to be the best way to get ADSL with Sky and then upgrade (and get the additional cashback) to fibre.
Does anyone know of any better deals, or is this one not beatable ?
