Translation of Death Certificate

My father died in Majorca and we were issued with a "Certificate of Defunction" for him.
The Land Registry have asked for a certified translation of this to take his details off the registry, and leave mum as sole owner. I am struggling to find out how and where to get this certified translation from.
None of the other many official bodies have asked for this, and the document is actually very easy to understand, but they are insisting on it.
Any ideas on how to get this done?

I used them to translate some 19th century Belgian documents (genealogy!) - they were very helpful, quick and cheaper than I expected.

There are lots of companioes offering this service. They normally charge by the word but with a set minimum. They will be able to include a statement of truth confirming that the translation is accurate.

The last time I had to get something done it was about £35 for a marriage certificate and certificate. Most will be able to give you a quote online or by phone.

I don't know which language would be used for official documents in Majorca. Could be Spanish, but note that the main spoken language would be Mallorquin, a form of Catalan. Just mentioning, as you might need to mention, so that no wrong assumptions are made.
