No payments from CSA? What to do?

Hiya, I've just been on the phone to the CSA as I havent had any payments from them for 4 months and they have said they haven't recieved anything from my ex partner. I know he has been paying because it comes straight from his wages and he showed me the wage slips. The lady on the phone said she would investigate it and I would have to ring in a week or so (I donr this a few weeks ago aswell and they keep fobbing me off)

Can anyone help me and advise me on what to do next?

Get in touch with your MP, and hopefully they will speed things up a bit.

They should be contacting his employer and asking them why the money isn't being passed on. If they get no joy after giving the employer a chance to pay, they should be referring the matter to the Criminal Compliance team for an inspector to contact the employer threatening them with prosecution for failing to honour the DEO. You need to be asking why this hasn't been done already and then making a formal complaint via your MP to ensure they know you mean business - good luck.
