I don’t feel so bad now
At least it’s going to a good home.

I just popped on to Pr0lif1c and picked up loads of studies. That was a quick £10+
The spreadsheets are all up to date and credit card bills cleared. I've requested £36 cashback from T0pCB. £Co is building up - every little bit helps.MortgageStart Nov 2012 £310,000

Money shuffle done to pay the bills etc. I pay myself out of savings on my old payday then replenish the money when my salary goes in on my new payday. I could have left it until tomorrow as my new pay goes in on the last Fri of the month but I tend to get in a muddle when I do that. So another money shuffle on the weekend.
£1100 to the mortgage and other pots have also been topped up.
I will be cashing out of Prolific again soon but I'll probably leave it for an OP in July just to keep up momentum.MortgageStart Nov 2012 £310,000

Doubled checked on my mortgage provider and realised I could book in a new fix now as I am within 5 months of my old deal ending. The new rate will take effect on 1st Aug. I am dropping my interest rate from 1.79% on a 3 year fix to 1.28% on a 2 year deal with no product fee. That will be about £45 per month cheaper which will go to OP.MortgageStart Nov 2012 £310,000

Mortgage payment has gone out and I am ahead of my pay off the mortgage early plan.
Very quiet weekend unless your idea of excitement is gardening and cleaning up some beeswax. I am going to make some beeswax wraps.
I will cash out of Prolific soon but I want to leave it until early July I can start next month with an OP (yes I know its illogical)

I haven't tried beeswax wraps yet - how do you clean up your beeswax by the way? our way seems quite labour intensive to me (line a dish with cling, put a rack on top with a paper towel on and put the old wax on top and put it in the oven until it has all melted on 80c - it does clean it up wellSave £12k in 2025 #2 I am at £9586.01 out of £6000 after August (158.45%)

We heat ours in the microwave carefully in rainwater as our water is too hard to use. I then filter it through old tights (based on a U tube video) or a coffee filter paper if its really bad. I might try your oven method as its seems quite straightforward.MortgageStart Nov 2012 £310,000

ah yes, rainwater. Our water is also hard and on the monthly bee call they were talking about using rainwater when you separate the remnants of honey from the cappingsSave £12k in 2025 #2 I am at £9586.01 out of £6000 after August (158.45%)
