Hello everyone.
I hope you have all had a good Christmas.
I have been lurking a bit because I have been so busy in work that I haven't really had time to post. I have ploughed on with all the MSE stuff I could especially the routine approach I have set up to overpaying. I haven't had time to do many other things but at least everything has been ticking over.
I have beaten my OP target for the year of £3,100 by £686.90:D
In Jan the mortgage will drop into the next £10K bracket and I will have paid over a quarter of the mortgage by around July time.MortgageStart Nov 2012 £310,000

Great stuff, LadyGnome!!:T
On an unrelated note, I've just spent several minutes debating with myself as to whether your user name means 'Lady Gnome' (and husband would therefore likely be Lord Gnome) or a Gnome who is a lady (so you would be Mrs Gnome) Having debated it both ways I am still undecided! Hi Lady Gnome lovely to see you back and great numbers, you really have made a dent in that mortgage.
Hope you and “Lord Gnome” and the Gnome boys had a great Christmas c1 -

Happy New Year everyone.
I am not going to set goals at the moment other than my £3,100 OP target for MFW 2018.
I won't know what my salary and bonus figures are until March and the school fees increases usually come through in April so I will do my planning then once things are clearer.
For now, I will keep pushing on with my usual repayments and my 10 year plan.MortgageStart Nov 2012 £310,000

Not much to report. Just keeping things ticking over whilst everything from Xmas unwinds. Hope everyone is doing well.

Spreadsheets duly fiddled and balanced:T
I am just hanging on to payday later this week. We get paid early in Dec plus it is an expensive month so its tough.
One set of pots won't get the full amount this side of payday but next month is a Council Tax free month :)so I can top it up out of that.MortgageStart Nov 2012 £310,000
