Direct Line Pet Insurance VAX offer problems

Hi there,

Is anyone else having problems getting a quote through MSEs link to get a free VAX with Insurance policy?

I put in my details and my pet's details and when I click get quote, it returns a 'we can't quote online' page. I spoke to Direct Line who say the offer is nothing to do with them directly and when I gave them the details for my quote (3yr old crossbreed), they could see no reason why the site will not quote. Neutered, chipped and vaccinated, I have had no problem with insurance from my address before).
Anyone had a similar experience and managed to get it sorted?

Bizarre. I just managed to get a cat quote okay via the link.

Can you do it fine going directly to the website first, and have you tried another browser?
