Hi
Trying to reclaim ppi of around £3400 that was preloaded to a secured loan.. That I paid fully 3 months after taking loan out with the ppi charge
I don't know can't remember the broker if there was one
I have the original agreement along with solicitors papers stating payment made to finalise loan
I know epf no longer trade and its hsbc
So should I just go down the normal ppi claim with hsbc?
Cheers
