PPI with Endeavour Finance 2002/2003/2004

Just been sorting through paperwork and came across Credit Agreements with Endeavour Personal Finance, where the PPI was added in to the loan i.e. (A) Borrowers own use (B) PPI (C) Total Loan Amount (A+B) and the numbers were typed in. We were just told to sign at the bottom for the loan - no option not to take out PPI. No need for PPI as all eventualities were covered by his Company's insurance.
We had 3 loans with them - August 2002; Sept 2003 and March 2004
can we reclaim the PPI? If so who do we contact as I understand Endeavour Personal Finance no longer exists.
Quite a lot of money involved, so would like to claim back if possible.
Thanks in advance for your help.

If the company no longer exists then there is no-one to claim from in most cases. Pre-2005 as well so no FSCS access. Not what you want to hear I appreciate.
Sam Vimes' Boots Theory of Socioeconomic Unfairness:
People are rich because they spend less money. A poor man buys $10 boots that last a season or two before he's walking in wet shoes and has to buy another pair. A rich man buys $50 boots that are made better and give him 10 years of dry feet. The poor man has spent $100 over those 10 years and still has wet feet.

It was owned by HSBC at the time of its demise.
However, that does not mean in itself that FOS has jurisdication. It would depend on whether Endeavour was subject to an ombudsman scheme at the time - and whether the policy was actually sold by Endeavour.0 -
Thanks, It was definitely sold by Endeavour, how can I find out if they were subject to an Ombudsman scheme? We are looking at potential a LOT of money so want to cover all possibilities.0

Put in the complaint to HSBC making clear it was an Endeavour case and see what the response is.0
