My hours are fluctuating around the 30hr mark - working tax credit advice please

    I thought it'd used to be if your hours dip under 30hrs a week for 4 weeks, then you had to inform them and could no longer continue that claim. Has this now changed?

    Perhaps it is now as soon as you go under 30hrs and you have 30days to let them know.

    You need to inform them if you don't work the required hours for at least 4 weeks.

    The 30 days to notify them is for any change in circumstances.
