Does anybody know what they mean by the following

"To qualify for your Chequeback, you must:

- Have a live contract with the network you were connected to at the time you purchased your qualifying contract handset and tariff "

It sounds like they mean you should already be on the network of the new handset and network that is on offer. That cant be right :S
