I tried to switch energy supplier today, but the site wouldn't let me proceed because I couldn't/wouldn't give a valid second phone number. Also, it asked for the principal account holder, and wouldn't allow me to enter joint account holders details.
I don't think either question is fair, or framed properly, and I think they should be modified. Currently, because of the answers that are expected, I can't switch supplioers because I can't answer all the questions, which seems to negate the whole point of the exercise.
What do you think?

Which site were you using to switch?
Was it a directly via an energy supplier, via a comparison site or through the Cheap Energy Club?
We have several energy suppliers answering questions on the Forum so if it was one of those we can direct you to them.Could you do with a Money Makeover?
