ITV Postal Comps - Any winners?

I've just started doing postal competitions again and wondered if anybody has won an ITV comp via the postal route? I'm curious as to how they put all the entries via phone/text and post together.

You never know how strong you are until being strong is the only choice you have.

I've entered for the last three years for postal comps and thought just recently whether anyone actually wins via post.

Same as combining phone/text/web, as long as your entry is received in time and is correct it stands as much chance as a phone or text entry - but whichever entry route is used there are far better odds to be had elsewhere.

I figure for the price of a 2nd class stamp that I've got better odds of winning than spending £2 on the lottery. You've got to be in it to win it : )

The lottery offers an appalling return for the odds but there are many better bets out there than an itv entry, some even for just the cost of a second class stamp (a bet on the 49's can return £75,000 for 50p).
  • Are there any recent figures available for how many entries they get to ITV competitions? That is - since they discontinued the free web entry route.

To give an idea of the numbers from the most recent itv accounts
Our digital engagement has grown significantly in the year, delivering 100 million votes across our big entertainment shows and 40 million paid competition entries

No idea how many free ones on top of that and how they count the bogof and 3 for the price of 2 entries - (potentially close to 80,000,000 plus the free postal ones)

I was going to ask this as my phone doesn't allow me to text short numbers. Think I'm going to start posting 1 per week to try my luck.
    Make £10 per day-

Not something I have done but it's a bet on a "lottery" draw many bookmakers offer, depending on the bookmaker pick 5 and match 5 pays £150,000 for £1 - the odds of doing that are approx 317,814 to 1 (far better odds than the itv competitions).
