the driver wasent shopping they were going to collect there phone from being repaired and it wasent ready, so unfortunately we have no real evidence of what was happening. The driver usually takes pics of his tickets for proof but having no phone they Dident do that on this occasion(typical as I said bad luck is our only luck)

Do you have any paperwork indicating the phone should have been ready to collect by that day? You're just as genuine a customer as any other.

I have had a reply stating hat my appeal has been unsuccessful and that I have now reached the end of the internal appeal process. I have now been told if I wish to continue the appeal it would have to be through POPLA. but the letter warns that if unsuccessful I will have to pay the full £100 & not the £60 reduced fee.

Yeah but you knew all that because that happens in every case, no idea why that needed typing out.

By now you've had the best part of a month to read other threads and you've seen the NEWBIES thread where POPLA appeals are covered.

So we just need to see your draft POPLA appeal, just as you will already have read on the threads you have researched while you were waiting. How to search and find recent examples is mentioned int he NEWBIES thread in case you aren't familiar with the search facility here or aren't used to keyword searching.
