Do you own the property or rent it?50/50

Does it come with (written) parking rights? not understad

How long have Napier been patrolling the car park? 3 years plus

Do they have signs detailing any restrictions?yes but have parked in the place where ticket was issued on and off for 3 year

Have you had any communication from the flats' management company about any parking restrictions? If so, when did you get them? none only signs in car park but the area in question seem to have come in been a no parking area in few week i think

Are you supposed to display a permit?
have permit issued from previous manageing agents and have recp to show that have paid the yearly charge for parking in the car park

what was the charge written down?

are you issued with a permit
    was your permit on display
does the signage clearly say permits must be displayed?
are you given a designated spot to park , when you pay your money , or is it a free for all

The charge is like normal yellow ticket
no permit is issued but i do have one issued from old managing agents which i display and have been advised that my reg is noted as car allowed to park in the car park
no mention of permits to be shown
no designated space for the resident it if find space park but as i have said earlier have been parking in the spot where ticket was given not sure when it become no parking zone like not allowed to park in disable bays

And also, what exactly does your lease or tenancy say regarding car parking? (Specific wording is important).

what is written on the ticket , what are you charged with?

    parking without displaying a permit
    parked out of bay
parking a red car in a space only available every alternate Wednesday afternoons

what is the offence written on the ticket , people need to know this in order to pick the correct ammo
