We need to know who the parking company is, the timeline of events and what paperwork you've received. Have you responded to them so far?

hi I have got the ticket i appealed the ticket and the appeal to the company failed and and advised that i can still pay for it at reduced amount but if i wish to appeal and then if the appeal goes one way or other i will need to pay the amount if I fail e g time lapses since ticket issued which can run in £100 pounds

I did ask if I pay and still appeal will get money back advised no as the will treat it as fully paid

I have requested photos of when the ticket was issued to see why as have seen other cars parked there with no tickets issued been advised that we have more then one way of issuing a FCN

Why not tell us who the parking company is and the timeline of events? If you answer the questions we ask, we'll be able to advise you properly - quicker for you, easier for us!

Napier are awkward and do pursue at court.

Do you own the property or rent it?

Does it come with (written) parking rights?

How long have Napier been patrolling the car park?

Do they have signs detailing any restrictions?

Have you had any communication from the flats' management company about any parking restrictions? If so, when did you get them?

Are you supposed to display a permit?

Ouch, not a nice one. Expect to defend it in court.
