Meh - those who have intolerances are glad when they flag up a change in recipe, even if it is worse. We know to check the label again to find out if it will make us ill.

Their Facebook is full of complaints, Tassimo are continuing to bury their head in the sand. When my bulk supply of old style latte's are gone the machine can go.
"New and Improved" normally means smaller and cheaper (for the manufacturer at least )
The Tassimo coffee range is now horrid, a weak imitation of it's former self. I'm not a big coffee drinker but the original Costa latte pods were lovely. Then they shrank the milk pods (reason? "The environment" apparently) and now no-one likes it. You're not the only one who is ditching their machine.
McCain's Southern Fries used to be quite tasty, for oven chips at least. My son and I have a " rubbish dinner" day on Mondays and our vice is oven chips and tinned ravioli (with grated cheese on top!) When I opened my "new and improved" pack of chips last week, I was confronted with a load of bright red, skinny french-fry type chips, they're nothing like the originals! Obviously, the price has increased too :mad:
I'd rather pay more for the same product, than be duped into buying inferior rubbish under the guise of an "improved" product. They must think we're stupid but if it tastes horrible, I'm not going to buy it again."I may be many things but not being indiscreet isn't one of them"0 -
M&S have recently 'improved' their spicy mango chutney and the new recipe is revolting. The old recipe was really good - tangy and properly spicy without being too hot. The new recipe is vile, just sugar and chilli flavoured sludge in a jar. I'm really disappointed as I'd been buying it for years.0
