Afternoon All.
Nothing very exciting this week.
Monday - Faggots, Mash, Mushy Peas
Tuesday - Chicken Sausage, Root Mash, Beans
Wednesday - Baked Pot, cottage cheese, beans (eating out for lunch)
Thursday - Soup and sourdough bread (and puddin')
Friday - Fish, wedges, peas
Nothing very exciting this week.

Struggling this week as its the week before pay day. Mostly stuff I have batch cooked and frozen.
Sunday - mince and dumplings
Monday- chilli tacos
Tuesday - beef casserole and mushroom rice
Wednesday - spaghetti Bolognese
Thursday - gammon, egg & chips
Friday - out for DH birthday
Saturday - curry and riceLiving the simple life0 -
Our week looks something like this;
Sat - grilled salmon with pea pesto potato salad, and steamed veg.
Sun - SIL is cookingday off for me .. :j
Mon - Blue cheese stuffed burgers with sweet potato wedges and salad
Tue - Thai cod with asian veg and shredded salad with garlic and sesame dressing.
Wed - Garlic roasted chicken leg, crispy new potatoes and spring salad (courgette, asparagus, goats cheese and hazelnuts)
Thurs - chestnut mushroom, spinach and chickpea curry with brown rice and coriander naan bread.
Fri - Grilled lamb chops with herbed bulgar wheat and caramelised fig, blood orange and feta salad.
Hope everyone has a good week.

A really tough week to meal plan as I am working 6 days from 6am until 7pm.
Sunday- Eating out as it is my daughters birthday
Monday-Chilli with noodles
Tuesday- LO Chilli with hash browns and garlic bread
Wednesday- Wrap pizza topped with jalapeños, pumpkin seeds and mozzarella
Thursday- Vegetable curry and rice
Friday- Meatballs with chunky veg and tomato herb sauce on cabbage "spaghetti"
Saturday- Soup and sandwhich night or just hot dogs and noodles. I'll be so tired by then.£36/£240

Our week looks very 1940s
Week beginning 17th April 2016
Sunday: Smoked shoulder of bacon, mashed potatoes, broad beans (thought we'd eaten all of last year's but apparently not) cauliflour and low fat cheese sauce. Raspberry creme brûl!e.
Mon: Split pea soup; cold bacon, pickles, green salad, tomato and onion salad, hm bread.
Tues: Cauliflour and broccoli au gratin, hm bread. Fruit.
Wed: Hotpot with pickled cabbage. Fruit?
Thurs: Hotpot with beetroot. Spiced stewed apples and yogurt.
Fri: Fish - depends on what looks good on the market.
Saturday: Something on toast, or Staffordshire oatcakes as part of a high tea. Depends. It's usuallya get your own tea day on Saturday as we're in at different times0 -

1. cod in white sauce, jacket potato & broccoli
2. liver and onions, mash & carrots
3. hot & spicy chicken breast, jacket potato & tinned sweetcorn
4. chicken curry & rice
5. chicken, bacon & mushroom in sauce made with garlic crème cheese
6. sausage & onions, chips veg and gravy
7. hot & spicy chicken breast, chips & tinned sweetcorn
Many items from stores / freezer again this week. Breakfasts will be weet bics or porridge and lunch will be home made soup or crackers and cheese or any leftover cold meat, any leftover salad - 1/2 a cucumber and a few tomatoes
