    Another NSD today :).

I will be doing a shop tomorrow at Aldo and have given myself a budget of £30, we've a good stock of meat, so only need loo rolls and fresh food really - just ran my shopping list through Sainsbo site and comes to £45 - fingers crossed Aldo comes up trumps

Added $80.48 to my balance. I stocked up on meat, fish and butter, all of it on sale. We also found a 2/1 sale on vitamins we use but this is not part of the grocery money. A very thrifty day. :money:
Overprepare, then go with the flow.

    Evening all

Had another NSD here today :j

Made tuna pasta bake today. I made it with a cheese, wine and herb sauce and added some cooked leeks and broccoli. It was rather yummy and will certainly do it again :D

Hope you all have a wonderful Wednesday

£2 spent yesterday on a dozen eggs from the local farm and £29.01 in Waitrose, £10 on dog food and the rest on we humans. As I have front loaded on several items, I think I will almost certainly go over budget this month so I am going to aim for an average of £250 a month. My budget for June therefore will be less my overspend for May, if that makes sense.
Having said that, I will try my best to stay on target this month.
    £144.15/£250.
    (That's £5.04 per day left)
  • Spent £6.33 on some bits in Lidl - need to get a bigger shop 2moz of some essentials - but so far on track. I have updated my sig.

    Hi,

Well blew my mini budget at Aldo, expected spend £30, actual spend £39.60.

The additional amount was on washing powder (£2.25)which I'd forgotten to add to list, hayfever tabs X 2 (£1.78)as men in my life are snotty messes ;) and Yorkshire tbags as they were 50% free and we were running low (£2.29) and salmon Wellington (£3.99) which 'fell' into my trolley

So that all adds up to £10.61, so it would have cost £28.99. IF I,d stuck to my list :D
