    When I raised the original post I was runing W7 32 bit on a 5 year old PC. Once I moved to W10 64 bit on a new machine the slowness was no longer an issue. I may get around to moving to Jiosoft sometime, but everything is fine with Money at this point.

    I use MS money on W10 connected but also have copy
    updated on a non connected laptop.

    When you run nearly 29 bank and cc's accounts now.....you need to KNOW

    we all see films when mobile / internet goes down :)
    I also will be knackered because of NO online banking !!!

    but I will also be able to run MY accounts.....if the systems EVER recover.

    You are aware, I trust, that if you lose your internet connection, it doesn't take your whole computer down with it? Your internet-connected computer, and MS Money in particular, will be just fine.

    not if my £959 puter goes bust....like it did a few months ago.
    was back to the old backup but thanks to DELL got my big one all back
    and working.....when out of warranty for £70 odd.


    great service from DELL


    they sent a BOX to put dead puter in, to be shipped to Germany ????
    looked at it ...said it was a W10 fail, paid the sum,
    new w10 added...shipped back in under 2 weeks


    and still working super F....ing fast
