Just talk to him calmly, with the title deeds and point out that neither of you can park on the driveway - it is for access only. This means you should also never park on the driveway, or you are setting a precedent (you did it so I will).0

Just an update.
I wrote him a polite note as he wasn't in, I went to work and did my nightshift, came home and he was parked on the road, so looks like he's not a neighbour from hell after all.
