PE Disabled parking space

I am registered disabled and I was a passenger in a car that parked in a disabled space in a Private Eye controlled car park at Giltbrook Nottingham.
I placed my blue badge on the dash and went about my business with the driver and a few friends. On return to the car my badge had fallen off and I had been given a penalty for failure to display a blue badge (well, technically the driver had the ticket, but, hey).
I appealed the invoice as a passenger (none of the above on PE's web site) copying in a photo of the front and back of my blue badge and receipts from the three shops I had made purchases from that day.
It took nearly 2 weeks but PE have cancelled the charge.
I am not a PE shill but credit where due, they saw a car in a disabled spot without a blue badge so they ticketed it which I support 100% (as a blue badge holder it really annoys me when non disabled people park in disabled spots) but on presentation of evidence of possession of blue badge they cancelled.

its Parking Eye, not Ian Hislops Private Eye magazine

the BB is not valid on private property , check your blue booklet , its for public roads and some council car parks, its the EA2010 that matters here
not a penalty or a fine either, its an invoice
glad to see they cancelled it but that is likely to be down to the Equality Act 2010 being the over-riding factor here, not the BB0 -

Please do not post on my threads again, you mean well but you come across poorly.0 -

if you do not want replies , why post on a public forum ?
the statement by Redx is correct , what do you dispute

I'm not aware that flaming ignorance is yet considered a disability!
Please research the correct position for both Blue Badge use and for disabled parking on private property before posting drivel like this. Your BB actual handbook would be an ideal place to start reading.0 -

you have escaped quite easily from the clutches of the most active of all the PPC's that bring court cases ....... this time ....

I would withdraw the comments ... he is one of the best informed contributors on this forum ...
if and when you or one of your family and friends fall into the next scammers nests .... you may well need his help ....

It is not that I don't want replies, it is that I don't want replies that focus on grammar, semantics and spelling rather than assistance to other people in similar situations.
Redx may be correct but his reply is both irrelephant and inflammatory, as is yours.
The "contractual" terms of parking (on the signs) state "blue badge holders" which will form a crucial part of any "contract" that will need to be disputed at PoPLA or court, and I am showing that although the "terms" state "displaying" a blue badge, Ian Hislop will forgive the "infringement" if a valid blue badge is shown to be held.
Please do not post further in this thread, and if practical delete your argumentative and unhelpful reply. If you have an issue please message me directly and we can discuss it like grown ups.0 -

The point is not whether RedX is informed, it is whether Parking Eye will cancel tickets based on failure to display a blue badge when one is held.
I am merely showing that if you fail to display a blue badge when one is held that PE will cancel on appeal - RedX focussed on "scamming" and semantics and other crap that is only relevant if you are a frothing at the mouth anti-parking control nutjob.

No - Time and time again, we have seen and helped BB holders who have not had their tickets cancelled.
You are one of the relative few who have, so good but in our eyes its more that you are the exception that proves the rule!
Have you even bothered to read the posting guide you confirmed you had read and understood? Or even the very top of the page:IMPORTANT!
This is an open forum - anyone can post.
You are in absolutely no position to exercise control over who posts what on your threads, and if someone disagrees to with you - just get used to it!0
