You should be able to get a pretty nice house for £210,000. I bought a three bed detached in Wyken which is a corner plot with space for three cars, front and rear gardens and a garage for £148,000 but this was five years ago.
I grew up in one of the above mentioned villages and my house there would be £250,000-£280,000+. Binley Woods is nice but I don't think £210,000 will cut it there.
Depends what they're after. In the relatively recent past, I'd have taken:
This in Baginton
This in Stretton
This in Ryton (while redecorating instantly!)
This in Binley
I don't know Binley Woods well enough to know if I'd take this, but I'd certainly have taken a look.
£210k is a vast budget for Coventry and area tbh... unless they're after something huge and countryfied... but we have no clue what they're after!0
