Home heating oil

Hi,

I have a heating oil tank in my back garden from the old oil fired boiler. i converted to gas recently and i'm wondering if i can use the oil for anything else?

If not, is there any way i can get rid of it without it costing me an arm and a leg.

I'm in Preston, Lancashire if anyone wants it!!!

  • Offer it up for free to uplift on Gumtree. I've noticed adverts local to me before and it normally doesn't last long.

I sold my1200 litre tank on the Bay for £80.

I wanted a bunded one, not a single skin job 12 years old, but someone else was happy to pay me for it and remove.

As for the oil, I have enough to start a few hundred bonfires. It's great for that.
