Emerald Street Error Message

Hi

Does anyone else get this error message when they try to enter Emerald Street comps?:

"Submission error:

Client error response [url] https://apiconnector.com/v2/address-books/5789252/contacts [status code] 400 [reason phrase] Bad Request"

I have a feeling I unsubscribed a while ago so maybe it is because of that. Any ideas?

I get that but if you submit again it says something along the lines of 'you've already entered' so I assumed it was a coding error on the website.

Thanks - it has happened on a few of their comps - maybe I will try entering them again to see if I also get the 'already entered' message. Hopefully then that means we are still entered despite the error codes.

I think it is because we've previously been subscribed to their newsletter then unsubscribed. The first time it happened to me there was a message along those lines and now I get the one in the first post above.

i think you are right rceebear - I have a feeling they sent so many emails that I unsubscribed because of that.

I did just try entering one again and like hannonle I got the ' you've already entered' message which is good - I hope being unsubscribed doesn't reduce our chances of winning!

I don't think it has an impact. I'm pretty sure when it first happened the message I got also said I'd still been entered. At least that is why I've continued entering their comps despite the error message. Fingers crossed for us all

My daughter gets this message but won a lovely handbag just before Christmas from them so it must still work?

I also get this message (have done from the very first one I entered!) but I won with them a few weeks ago.
