I have been with TT for about 18 months but during this period I updated my package so assume the contract starts again but lately I keep getting scam phone calls saying they are from TT and have contacted TT to complain and they inform me each time that they have blocked these calls to my number but they keep on coming sometimes 4 a week and the callers always know most of my details. Am I able to cancel my contract as this situation as occurred due to no fault of mine as it was TTs system that was hacked and I am getting peed of with it

If you are beyond the minimum contract term you can move on with no penalty. It won't stop the calls though unless you have a new phone number too.0

These TT cases have been around since several months ago, I think. Did you save their number? Maybe you can also report it to ftc.gov, or share it to consumer sites like whycall.me, just to make others know about the scam. Prevent someone from being scammed is better, right?0
